By accessing and using Einix SA' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Einix SA provides custom software development, consulting, and related technology services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Cloud solutions and infrastructure

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Make timely payments as agreed in project contracts
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur additional charges

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom-developed solutions, subject to:

• Einix SA's retention of general methodologies and know-how

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and projects. Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the course of our business relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

Einix SA' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Warranty and Support

We provide warranties and support as specified in individual project agreements. Standard warranty periods and support terms apply unless otherwise negotiated.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in project agreements. Termination does not affect obligations that by their nature should survive termination.
